Dr Warren Harmer

Dr Warren Harmer is the founder and director of Crecer. His passion for small, start-up and micro businesses is driven by his own (very challenging) experiences in small business.

Originally educated in science, Warren is able to employ a highly systematic and pragmatic approach to solving business challenges. With a great empathy for business owners and a genuine interest in their personalities and idiosyncrasies, deeper relationships are forged that enable truly personal and effective advice.

Warren has been consulting face:face to small businesses for since 2004 and has presented at numerous small business seminar and workshops, including those of Bayside Business Network and the (Victorian Government’s) Energise Enterprise Festival.

His greatest satisfaction, however, is derived from the success, achievement and clarity that his delivers to his clients.
